It is as simple as this...

Treat others as you would want to be treated.

Speak to others as you would want to be spoken to.

Speak to yourself with kindness and love.

The words that escape your lips are a reflection of the insecurities you have inside of yourself.

YOU ARE LOVED.

Receiving love is just as important as giving it.

YOU DESERVE TO BE LOVED.

Every imperfection you see in yourself is reflected as pure perfection in your loved ones eyes.

BE LOVED (BELOVED)

Receiving love with no reservation is just as precious a gift as the gift of love itself.

You are not immune to the bullshit of life.
Be kind to those who you feel compelled to pity.
Choose not to distance yourself for fear you might contract their fucked up circumstance, like it's a highly contagious disease.
Choose kindness.

Someday, their plague may become your life saving cure.

Time Out
MY
COACHING

ALL PARENTS need a TIME-OUT. Not just moms. If we want to get real and all inclusive here...
EVERYBODY NEEDS A TIME-OUT now and again. Kids or no kids...
If you are one half of a pair, you need to do this together and apart. Remember space is healthy.
If you are a single parent, this is even more important. You are taking on duel roles and it's beyond exhausting whether it's full or part time.
We must rest our mind and our nerves so when life's battles are on the horizon, we are better prepared to fight down in the trenches.

Alone or together; if we do not take care of ourselves, rising can be twice as difficult. Sometimes it feels like you barely make it out alive.
Please carve out time to allow for this. If your finances allow, budget for whatever gives you a break.
Invest in your mental health.
Your family will thank you for this.
YOU will thank you for this.
This will be a good example for your children as well. They need to know that its OK to care for themselves.
